Welcome to Next Level Ink Tattoo Studio. By accessing or using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Appointments & Deposits

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all tattoo appointments.

Your deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your tattoo.

Deposits may be transferred to one rescheduled appointment if at least 48 hours' notice is provided. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

If you fail to appear for your appointment ("no-show"), your deposit will be forfeited.

2. Pricing

Tattoo pricing varies based on:

Size
Placement
Design complexity
Time required

Final pricing will be discussed during your consultation or before your appointment begins.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible.

Appointments canceled with less than 48 hours' notice may require a new deposit before another appointment can be scheduled.

4. Age Requirements

Clients must meet the legal age requirements for receiving a tattoo under Florida law.

A valid government-issued photo ID is required before any tattoo service is performed.

5. Health & Safety

For your safety, we reserve the right to refuse service if:

You appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
You have a contagious skin condition or open wound.
Your health condition may make tattooing unsafe.
You fail to provide accurate medical information when requested.

6. Custom Artwork

All artwork created by Next Level Ink Tattoo Studio remains the intellectual property of the artist unless otherwise agreed upon.

Custom designs are created specifically for each client and may not be copied, reproduced, or used by another artist without permission.

7. Touch-Ups

Touch-up policies vary depending on the tattoo and artist.

Any complimentary touch-up must be completed within the timeframe specified by your artist.

Touch-ups may not be free if aftercare instructions were not followed.

8. Aftercare

Proper aftercare is the client's responsibility.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions may affect healing and final results.

Next Level Ink Tattoo Studio is not responsible for complications resulting from improper aftercare.

9. Financing

Financing is offered through American First Finance.

Approval, loan terms, interest rates, and payment schedules are determined solely by American First Finance.

Next Level Ink Tattoo Studio is not responsible for financing decisions or agreements made through third-party financing providers.

10. Website Use

The content on this website, including text, images, logos, artwork, and graphics, is owned by or licensed to Next Level Ink Tattoo Studio.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

11. Third-Party Services

Our website may use or link to third-party services, including:
